We stand behind the quality of Renis Immune Caps. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 14-day return and refund policy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (Australian Consumer Act 2010).
1. Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a return. The date of purchase is the date your order was confirmed by our team, not the delivery date.
2. Condition for Return
To be eligible for a refund, your product must be:
- Unopened: The seal must be intact. Once opened, the product cannot be returned due to food safety regulations (this is a legal requirement for food supplements).
- In Original Packaging: The bottle and packaging must be in the same condition as received.
- Unused: No capsules should be missing or consumed.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or partially consumed products
- Products returned after 14 days
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Items with missing or illegible batch codes
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

- Ship Your Return: Pack the product securely and send it to the address provided (shipping cost is your responsibility, though we may offer a prepaid label in some cases).
- Inspection: We'll inspect the returned product upon receipt to verify it meets return conditions.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and verify your return:
- Inspection Time: 2-3 business days to inspect the product
- Approval: If approved, you'll receive confirmation by email
- Refund Amount: Full refund of the product price (shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error)
- Refund Method: Refund will be processed via the same method used for payment (COD orders refunded to provided bank account; details collected during return request)
- Timeline: Refund typically appears in your account within 7-10 business days after approval
6. Returns Due to Defect or Damage
If your product arrived damaged or defective:
- Report the issue within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage
- We may arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion
- Return shipping may be covered in cases of our fault or manufacturer defect
7. Exceptions & Special Cases
7.1 Medical Reasons
If you're unable to use the product due to an adverse reaction or medical condition diagnosed after purchase, contact us immediately. We may approve a return outside the 14-day window with medical documentation. However, this does not override the unopened product requirement.
7.2 Wrong Item Received
If we shipped the wrong product, we'll arrange a full refund and replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping.
7.3 DOA (Dead on Arrival)
If the product is expired, contaminated, or otherwise unsuitable for use upon arrival, we'll process a full refund without requiring return.
8. Refund Denial
We may deny a refund if:
- The 14-day window has expired
- The product is opened or partially consumed
- The packaging is damaged due to customer negligence
- No legitimate reason for return is provided
- The product is being returned fraudulently or in bad faith
9. Right to Refuse Delivery
You have the right to refuse delivery when the courier arrives. If you do so:
- No payment is due to the courier
- Your order is cancelled
- No refund is needed as no payment has been processed
10. Consumer Rights
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Act 2010 are not affected by this policy. If a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, or refund beyond this 14-day period. 11. EU Returns (Directive 2011/83/EU)
For EU customers, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days under the Consumer Rights Directive. This applies regardless of whether the product is opened, with the exception of hygiene-sensitive items (food supplements). For EU returns, follow the process outlined above or contact us for EU-specific return instructions.
12. Return Address
Return addresses will be provided in your return authorisation email. Do not ship returns without contacting us first.
13. Lost or Damaged Returns
We recommend using tracked shipping for returns. While we're not responsible for lost return packages, we work with couriers to trace lost shipments. If a return is lost in transit, we'll request evidence from your shipping provider before processing a refund.
