6. Ordering & Payment

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) payment. You agree to pay the courier the total amount due when your package is delivered. Failure to pay will result in refusal of delivery and potential legal action to recover costs.

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse orders at displayed prices if errors occur.

7. Delivery & Risk of Loss

We arrange delivery via third-party courier services. While we endeavour to deliver within stated timeframes, we do not guarantee delivery dates. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the courier. We are not liable for lost, damaged, or delayed deliveries resulting from courier negligence or external factors.

• 14-day return window from purchase date
• Product must be unopened and in original condition
• Refund processed within 7-10 business days of receipt
